# BodyKey App vs FITINDEX

The clearest difference is update cadence: BodyKey App at fortnightly against FITINDEX's every 3 months. FITINDEX's advantage is ratings volume (841 vs 5) and review sentiment (54% vs 41%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BodyKey App holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FITINDEX has 841 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of BodyKey App's written reviews are positive against 54% of FITINDEX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BodyKey App ships an update fortnightly, FITINDEX every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
