# Camwf vs minicam

The clearest difference is update cadence: Camwf at every 3 weeks against minicam's every 2 months. Camwf also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 10.0). minicam's advantage is ratings volume (128 vs 20) and review sentiment (16% vs 8%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.1 for Camwf against 2.2 for minicam.
