# Vieques vs City Experiences

Vieques and City Experiences both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Vieques's written reviews are positive against 23% of City Experiences's. Vieques also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). City Experiences's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (5.4K vs 4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Vieques against 4.9 for City Experiences. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: City Experiences has 5.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Vieques's written reviews are positive against 23% of City Experiences's.

Vieques ships an update every 20 months, City Experiences monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
