# Mesa CityLink vs Goettl

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mesa CityLink at 57% against Goettl's 0%. Goettl's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 2.8) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Goettl holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Mesa CityLink's written reviews are positive against 0% of Goettl's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mesa CityLink ships an update every 5 months, Goettl fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
