# Zeese vs BeforeRain

The clearest difference is device support: Zeese at 4 against BeforeRain's 1. BeforeRain's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zeese sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and BeforeRain sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
