The clearest difference is rating: AK476 at 4.4 against Tap Delay's 4.2. Tap Delay's advantage is price ($1.99 vs $5.99) and chart position (#193 vs unranked). On review sentiment, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Tap Delay costs $1.99 and AK476 $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AK476 holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 7 respectively.
