# Fyctia vs Audi Scan

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fyctia at every 2 weeks against Audi Scan's monthly. Audi Scan's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fyctia ships an update every 2 weeks, Audi Scan monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
