# Shooty Rocks vs Ringdown

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ringdown at every 6 weeks against Shooty Rocks's every 4 months. Shooty Rocks's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shooty Rocks sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ringdown sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shooty Rocks ships an update every 4 months, Ringdown every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
