# TransKey vs Translate Keyboard+ Translator

The clearest difference is rating: TransKey at 4.4 against Translate Keyboard+ Translator's 3.8. TransKey also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TransKey sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Translate Keyboard+ Translator sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
