# TransKey vs Translatify

The clearest difference is rating: Translatify at 4.7 against TransKey's 4.4. TransKey's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 735). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TransKey sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Translatify sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Translatify holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TransKey has 13K ratings behind it against 735, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 77% of TransKey's written reviews are positive against 84% of Translatify's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
