# Jiffy vs iPraises

The clearest difference is rating: Jiffy at 4.8 against iPraises's 3.8. Jiffy also leads on ratings volume (390 vs 5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). iPraises's advantage is review sentiment (71% vs 34%) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Jiffy holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jiffy has 390 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Jiffy's written reviews are positive against 71% of iPraises's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Jiffy ships an update every 2 weeks, iPraises every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
