# Tulio vs Ribs

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Tulio at 107 against Ribs's 1. Ribs's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ribs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tulio has 107 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tulio ships an update every 3 months, Ribs monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
