# Apex Protect GPS vs Path

The clearest difference is rating: Path at 5.0 against Apex Protect GPS's 2.3. Apex Protect GPS's advantage is ratings volume (181 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Path holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Apex Protect GPS has 181 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
