# Flash Sync vs Omniwell

The clearest difference is rating: Omniwell at 5.0 against Flash Sync's 4.5. Omniwell also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). Flash Sync's advantage is ratings volume (161 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flash Sync sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Omniwell sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Omniwell holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flash Sync has 161 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flash Sync ships an update every 5 weeks, Omniwell fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
