# Otofun vs CCTVPlus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Otofun at 50% against CCTVPlus's 0%. Otofun also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (6.1 vs 13.0). CCTVPlus's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 1.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CCTVPlus holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Otofun's written reviews are positive against 0% of CCTVPlus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Otofun ships an update fortnightly, CCTVPlus every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
