# CamView Mobile vs CDMS Mobile

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CamView Mobile at 100% against CDMS Mobile's 39%. CamView Mobile also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). CDMS Mobile's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 4.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CDMS Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of CamView Mobile's written reviews are positive against 39% of CDMS Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CamView Mobile ships an update every 2 months, CDMS Mobile every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
