# Uncle Julio's vs Taco Villa

The clearest difference is rating: Uncle Julio's at 4.0 against Taco Villa's 3.0. Uncle Julio's also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 months). Taco Villa's advantage is review sentiment (29% vs 15%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Uncle Julio's holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Uncle Julio's has 445 ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of Uncle Julio's's written reviews are positive against 29% of Taco Villa's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
