# This Week vs Xproguard Password Manager

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Xproguard Password Manager at none against This Week's 1. Xproguard Password Manager also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 90%). This Week's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. This Week sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Xproguard Password Manager asks for nothing beyond the download.

This Week holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: This Week has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of This Week's written reviews are positive against 100% of Xproguard Password Manager's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

This Week ships an update every 3 weeks, Xproguard Password Manager every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
