# fitDEGREE vs Pure Pilates Studio

The clearest difference is rating: Pure Pilates Studio at 5.0 against fitDEGREE's 2.8. fitDEGREE's advantage is ratings volume (70 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 9 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pure Pilates Studio holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: fitDEGREE has 70 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

fitDEGREE ships an update every 3 months, Pure Pilates Studio every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
