# EmCentrix Mobile vs DecisionHR

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DecisionHR at 50% against EmCentrix Mobile's 0%. EmCentrix Mobile's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 3.0) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EmCentrix Mobile holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of EmCentrix Mobile's written reviews are positive against 50% of DecisionHR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
