# TV Guide Plus Listing freeview vs Perfect IPTV Player

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TV Guide Plus Listing freeview at 87% against Perfect IPTV Player's 41%. TV Guide Plus Listing freeview also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). Perfect IPTV Player's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.8) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TV Guide Plus Listing freeview sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Perfect IPTV Player sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.69 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Perfect IPTV Player holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perfect IPTV Player has 8.4K ratings behind it against 115, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of TV Guide Plus Listing freeview's written reviews are positive against 41% of Perfect IPTV Player's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TV Guide Plus Listing freeview ships an update weekly, Perfect IPTV Player fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
