The clearest difference is rating: Echo360 at 3.5 against ELMS Mobile Application's 2.6. Echo360 also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). ELMS Mobile Application's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 15%) and ratings volume (19 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Echo360 holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ELMS Mobile Application has 19 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of Echo360's written reviews are positive against 33% of ELMS Mobile Application's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
