# Monster Math 2 vs Math

The clearest difference is update cadence: Math at every 5 days against Monster Math 2's fortnightly. Math also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Monster Math 2 sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per year and Math sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Monster Math 2 ships an update fortnightly, Math every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
