# Centrical vs BodyGuardz Training

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BodyGuardz Training at 70% against Centrical's 41%. Centrical's advantage is rating (3.9 vs 3.6). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Centrical holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 32 and 34 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Centrical's written reviews are positive against 70% of BodyGuardz Training's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Centrical ships an update every 2 months, BodyGuardz Training every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
