# iAntiTheft vs Don't Touch Phone

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Don't Touch Phone at 100% against iAntiTheft's 65%. iAntiTheft's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.6 vs 4.2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iAntiTheft sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Don't Touch Phone sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iAntiTheft holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iAntiTheft has 1.2K ratings behind it against 239, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of iAntiTheft's written reviews are positive against 100% of Don't Touch Phone's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
