# Pedometer α vs Forever

The clearest difference is ads: Forever at none against Pedometer α's shown. Forever also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Pedometer α's advantage is ratings volume (172K vs 5) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
