# Age Counter vs Bloom

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Bloom at none against Age Counter's 3. Bloom also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Age Counter's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Age Counter sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Bloom asks for nothing beyond the download.

Age Counter ships an update every 2 days, Bloom every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
