# Widget vs ScreenMemo

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ScreenMemo at none against Widget's 1. ScreenMemo also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months). Widget's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widget sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. ScreenMemo asks for nothing beyond the download.

Widget ships an update every 3 months, ScreenMemo every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
