# Blindfold Dominoes vs TableEx

The clearest difference is ads: Blindfold Dominoes at none against TableEx's shown. Blindfold Dominoes also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). TableEx's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (48 vs 6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blindfold Dominoes sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and TableEx sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blindfold Dominoes holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TableEx has 48 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Blindfold Dominoes's written reviews are positive against 67% of TableEx's.

Blindfold Dominoes ships an update every 2 months, TableEx weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
