# Disc Golf Caddy Pro vs Golf GPS++

The clearest difference is update cadence: Disc Golf Caddy Pro at every 5 days against Golf GPS++'s monthly. Disc Golf Caddy Pro also leads on review sentiment (58% vs 44%). Golf GPS++'s advantage is ratings volume (4.7K vs 229). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Disc Golf Caddy Pro sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year and Golf GPS++ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Golf GPS++ holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Golf GPS++ has 4.7K ratings behind it against 229, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Disc Golf Caddy Pro's written reviews are positive against 44% of Golf GPS++'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Disc Golf Caddy Pro ships an update every 5 days, Golf GPS++ monthly. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
