# Fallen Sword vs Baalzebub

The clearest difference is rating: Baalzebub at 5.0 against Fallen Sword's 3.9. Baalzebub also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly). Fallen Sword's advantage is ratings volume (72 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fallen Sword sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Baalzebub sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Baalzebub holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fallen Sword has 72 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of Fallen Sword's written reviews are positive against 50% of Baalzebub's.

Fallen Sword ships an update monthly, Baalzebub every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
