# Nuten vs Math Interactive

The clearest difference is rating: Math Interactive at 4.6 against Nuten's 3.5. Math Interactive also leads on ratings volume (726 vs 48). Nuten's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 13 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Math Interactive sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Nuten asks for nothing beyond the download.

Math Interactive holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Math Interactive has 726 ratings behind it against 48, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Nuten's written reviews are positive against 60% of Math Interactive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nuten ships an update every 6 weeks, Math Interactive every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
