# Solitaire Dreams vs Solitaire

Solitaire Dreams and Solitaire both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 95% of Solitaire's written reviews are positive against 59% of Solitaire Dreams's. Solitaire also leads on ads (none vs shown). Solitaire Dreams's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (943 vs 88). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solitaire Dreams sells 16 one-off in-app purchases and Solitaire sells 19 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Solitaire Dreams against 4.6 for Solitaire. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solitaire Dreams has 943 ratings behind it against 88, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 59% of Solitaire Dreams's written reviews are positive against 95% of Solitaire's.

Solitaire Dreams ships an update every 2 weeks, Solitaire every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
