# Soul vs CloudLand

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CloudLand at none against Soul's 10. CloudLand also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). Soul's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 1) and chart position (#106 vs unranked). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Soul sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. CloudLand asks for nothing beyond the download.

CloudLand holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Soul has 10K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Soul ships an update weekly, CloudLand every 2 days. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
