# IITC vs IVs Camera

The clearest difference is rating: IITC at 3.6 against IVs Camera's 2.6. IITC also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (70 vs 10). IVs Camera's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (40% vs 29%). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IITC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. IVs Camera asks for nothing beyond the download.

IITC holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IITC has 70 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of IITC's written reviews are positive against 40% of IVs Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IITC ships an update every 3 months, IVs Camera every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
