# XDV vs CSJ GPS PRO

The clearest difference is rating: CSJ GPS PRO at 4.0 against XDV's 2.2. CSJ GPS PRO also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). XDV's advantage is ratings volume (444 vs 2) and review sentiment (11% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CSJ GPS PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XDV has 444 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of XDV's written reviews are positive against 0% of CSJ GPS PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

XDV ships an update every 2 months, CSJ GPS PRO fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
