# XDV vs Ejeas

The clearest difference is ratings volume: XDV at 442 against Ejeas's 5. XDV also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Ejeas's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 11%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ejeas holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XDV has 442 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 11% of XDV's written reviews are positive against 33% of Ejeas's.

XDV ships an update every 2 months, Ejeas every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on August 30, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
