# TTLock vs JustAnswer

The clearest difference is rating: JustAnswer at 3.8 against TTLock's 2.8. JustAnswer also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (55% vs 25%). TTLock's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs subscription) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

JustAnswer holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JustAnswer has 24K ratings behind it against 523, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 25% of TTLock's written reviews are positive against 55% of JustAnswer's.

TTLock ships an update every 3 weeks, JustAnswer fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 18, 2026.
