# iTOVi vs Wellness Community

The clearest difference is update cadence: iTOVi at every 9 days against Wellness Community's every 2 months. iTOVi also leads on ratings volume (4.7K vs 2). Wellness Community's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iTOVi holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iTOVi has 4.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

iTOVi ships an update every 9 days, Wellness Community every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
