The number on the scale can go up even when you’re making progress. Honest Scale is a calmer weight loss tracker that helps you look past normal day-to-day changes and understand where your weight is actually headed. See your weight trend, note factors like sleep or travel, and stay focused on meaningful progress—not one stressful number. SEE THE TREND, NOT THE NOISE Honest Scale shows both the number on the scale and your underlying weight trend, helping you recognize real progress even when individual weigh-ins bounce up and down. GET INSIGHT, NOT JUST DATA Today’s Weight Insight uses your latest weigh-in together with your history, weight trend, and goal to provide relevant guidance. You can add optional details about sleep, salty meals, workouts, or travel to better understand what may be happening. Today’s Perspective provides a separate, supportive view that helps keep one number in proportion. KNOW WHETHER YOU’RE ON TRACK Explore interactive charts covering 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or your complete history. Follow milestone progress, see how much your weight has changed since your first weigh-in, and view an estimated timeline toward your next milestone when enough information is available. BRING YOUR HISTORY WITH YOU Connect Apple Health to import existing weigh-ins with their original dates. You can also log manually, add notes and real-life factors, and optionally save manual entries to Apple Health.
