The clearest difference is price: Sittr at Free against MyPrayers's $1.99. Sittr also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 40 months) and ratings volume (29 vs 4). MyPrayers's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and device support (3 vs 1). On rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Sittr is free to download; MyPrayers costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Sittr against 4.8 for MyPrayers. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sittr has 29 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
