# Dig Deep! vs Jinks!

The clearest difference is update cadence: Jinks! at every 5 days against Dig Deep!'s every 4 months. Jinks! also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 80%) and price ($1.99 vs $2.99). Dig Deep!'s advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (495 vs 26). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Dig Deep! costs $2.99 and Jinks! $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dig Deep! holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dig Deep! has 495 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Dig Deep!'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Jinks!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dig Deep! ships an update every 4 months, Jinks! every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
