# Calenda vs Simple Calendar Tracker

The clearest difference is rating: Calenda at 4.1 against Simple Calendar Tracker's 3.2. Calenda also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (140 vs 13). Simple Calendar Tracker's advantage is review sentiment (54% vs 11%) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calenda sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Simple Calendar Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Calenda holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calenda has 140 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Calenda's written reviews are positive against 54% of Simple Calendar Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Calenda ships an update every 4 days, Simple Calendar Tracker every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
