# Endless Learning Academy vs PlayXylo

The clearest difference is rating: PlayXylo at 5.0 against Endless Learning Academy's 4.2. Endless Learning Academy's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Endless Learning Academy sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and PlayXylo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PlayXylo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Endless Learning Academy has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Endless Learning Academy ships an update every 3 weeks, PlayXylo every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
