# EACTS vs Broccolicare

The clearest difference is update cadence: Broccolicare at every 3 days against EACTS's every 2 months. EACTS's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EACTS ships an update every 2 months, Broccolicare every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
