# 喔趣 vs SHIFTAR

The clearest difference is rating: SHIFTAR at 4.8 against 喔趣's 2.3. SHIFTAR also leads on ratings volume (583 vs 3). 喔趣's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 11) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SHIFTAR sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. 喔趣 asks for nothing beyond the download.

SHIFTAR holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SHIFTAR has 583 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of 喔趣's written reviews are positive against 75% of SHIFTAR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

喔趣 ships an update every 6 weeks, SHIFTAR every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
