# FruitPot vs TotalMatch

The clearest difference is ads: FruitPot at none against TotalMatch's shown. FruitPot also leads on ratings volume (147 vs 15). TotalMatch's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FruitPot sells 15 one-off in-app purchases and TotalMatch sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TotalMatch holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FruitPot has 147 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 94% of FruitPot's written reviews are positive against 100% of TotalMatch's.

FruitPot ships an update every 6 weeks, TotalMatch fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
