# Esker Anywhere vs Heritage Plus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Heritage Plus at 100% against Esker Anywhere's 50%. Heritage Plus also leads on ratings volume (21 vs 4). Esker Anywhere's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Esker Anywhere holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Heritage Plus has 21 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Esker Anywhere's written reviews are positive against 100% of Heritage Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Esker Anywhere ships an update every 4 weeks, Heritage Plus monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
