# Talkr vs Talkr Live

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Talkr at 9K against Talkr Live's 846. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Talkr sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Talkr Live sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Talkr against 4.6 for Talkr Live. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Talkr has 9K ratings behind it against 846, so its average is the more settled of the two. Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
