# Hex FRVR vs 168 Pips

The clearest difference is ads: 168 Pips at none against Hex FRVR's shown. 168 Pips also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Hex FRVR's advantage is ratings volume (4.2K vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hex FRVR sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and 168 Pips sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
